How you will receive your jewelry

• Each item comes in a cocoa brown jewelry box, complete with a small polishing cloth. Ready for gifting!
• All boxes are eco-friendly, filled with non-tarnishing cotton, and made in the USA. They are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.
• Items mailed to addresses in WA state will be subject to sales tax.
• Most items are ready to ship within 1-3 business days, but please check the processing times for each listing.
• Overnight and express shipping is available upon request. Please contact me with your shipping address for a quote on expedited shipping.

Important Information

• We regret that we cannot offer refunds for any delays caused by the carrier.
• Additionally, we are unable to refund or reship packages that are still in transit, including those marked as "In Transit, Arriving Late" by USPS.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
• We cannot refund or reship orders where the tracking shows the package as delivered. In such cases, please submit a missing mail request at missingmail.usps.com for assistance in locating your package.
