Do You Collect Sales Tax?

Made To Order Items?

Each piece of my jewelry is handcrafted, ensuring that no two items are exactly alike. While I strive to replicate the designs shown in the product listings, the handmade nature of my work means there will be slight variations. These unique differences add to the charm and individuality of each piece.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Order?

We ship 'one of a kind' and readily available items within 1-2 business days from the purchase date, excluding weekends and federal holidays. For made-to-order items, the fabrication time is typically 1-2 weeks, though specific times can be found on the product page. Special custom orders may take 1-4 weeks to fabricate. When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Federal US Holidays. For more detailed time frames, please refer to our shipping information page.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact me within this time frame.

Do You Take Custom Orders?

For all special custom orders, Blooming Rain Jewelry requires a 40% deposit for orders exceeding $100.00. We do not work with customer-provided metals or gemstones due to increased liability. If you are interested in placing a custom order, please contact us directly.

Where Do You Ship?

Blooming Rain Jewelry currently ships exclusively within the United States. Every purchase is elegantly packaged in a jewelry box and benefits from free domestic shipping. Orders are dispatched via USPS First Class within 1-3 business days, with tracking included for all shipments. For packages valued over $100, insurance is also provided. If you prefer an alternative shipping method or carrier, please contact us before making your purchase.

What Happens If My Package Is Lost?

In the event of lost or damaged packages, Blooming Rain Jewelry will handle the insurance claim process on your behalf. While insurance claims may take some time, we are committed to assisting you throughout the process. Please retain the damaged package and take photographs of it to support the insurance claim.

What Materials Are Used to Create Your Jewelry?

I specialize in crafting jewelry using sterling silver, fine silver, and natural gemstones. For specific details on the materials used in each piece, please refer to the product listing.

Are the colors of the gemstones in the photo true?

I strive to accurately capture the true colors of the stones used in my jewelry creations. However, please note that variations in computer screen resolutions may cause slight differences in color. Additionally, made-to-order items may differ slightly from the photos, as each piece is uniquely crafted upon order placement

How Do I Care for My Jewelry?

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, it's important to follow a few simple guidelines. First, avoid getting your jewelry wet or applying hand lotions while wearing it, as many stones are porous and can absorb water and oils, leading to stains. Additionally, steer clear of harsh chemicals like cleaning products by removing your jewelry during daily chores. For oxidized pieces, preserving the patina is crucial, so keep them dry at all times. By taking these precautions, you can ensure your jewelry remains in excellent condition for years to come.

Returns
  • Eligible purchases can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchanged.
  • Discounted or items on sale CANNOT be returned or exchanged. All sales for discounted items are final.
  • Eligible items for return must be shipped back within TWO WEEKS after receiving your package.
  • Blooming Rain Jewelry will send you a return shipping label for DOMESTIC shipping only in the USA. Please contact me to receive your return shipping label via email. Customers will receive a link with the shipping label to download and print.
  • The return shipping label provided is for USPS First Class Shipping, which includes tracking for your convenience. Additionally, if the retail value of your item exceeds $100.00, insurance coverage is automatically included.
Instructions for Returns:

Please ensure you use the provided return shipping label and follow the instructions carefully. Use the original shipping box or a similar box/padded envelope that does not exceed 5 oz and matches the original dimensions. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect returns will be deducted from the customer's refund

Refunds
  • To receive a refund, the jewelry item must be returned in perfect condition within the specified time frame.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within two business days.
  • Please note that we cannot offer refunds for any carrier delays or for packages still in transit, including those marked as "In Transit, Arriving Late" by USPS.
  • Customers must use the provided return shipping label from Blooming Rain Jewelry to qualify for a refund.
  • If a customer chooses to use their own shipping method and the package is lost, stolen, or damaged, Blooming Rain Jewelry will not be responsible, and the customer will no longer be eligible for a refund.
CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact me within this period to do so. 

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within two business days from the purchase date, with tracking included. Insurance is provided for items with a retail value exceeding $100. Please CONTACT me prior to purchasing if you wish to upgrade your shipping or use another carrier. We reserve the right to require a signature on any order at our discretion. Packages are dropped off at the post office at the end of the work day from Monday to Friday. They may be scanned the following morning.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • We regret that we cannot offer refunds for any delays caused by the carrier.
  • Additionally, we are unable to refund or reship packages that are still in transit, including those marked as "In Transit, Arriving Late" by USPS.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
  • We cannot refund or reship orders where the tracking shows the package as delivered. In such cases, please submit a missing mail request at missingmail.usps.com for assistance in locating your package.
