Return & Refund Policies

Refunds:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but in the event, you need to make a return here's what you need to know.

  • Jewelry may be returned for any reason for a full refund, minus shipping, within 14 days of the date of your confirmed delivery.  Items must be in original condition and buyer is to pay return shipping.
  • A refund will be issued only when the jewelry item is received in perfect condition within the required time frame.  The refund will be processed via the same method as the original payment.
  • I take customer satisfaction seriously, so if there is any problem with your jewelry, please contact me PRIOR to leaving feedback. I would love the opportunity to fix the problem. Custom pieces may be returned on a case by case basis with a possible re-stocking fee.
  • You can return eligible purchases for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We’ll process refunds or store credits within 2 business days of receiving your returned items.
  •  Please note that discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange and all sales are final.

How to make a Return:

  • Jewelry must be returned within two weeks of receiving your package. For customers in the United States, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Please contact me to receive your return shipping label.
  • Refunds will be issued only when the jewelry is received in perfect condition within the required time frame. The refund will be processed via the same method as the original payment.
  • Not all jewelry can be adjusted in size or length, so if you need to change your ring size or the length of a necklace, please contact me.
